We will be presenting a poster: “Metabolic stability and biological activity of spiro[3.3]heptane analogues of Sonidegib” (poster session II, P138). The goal of this study was to investigate how spiro[3.3]heptane incorporation into an anticancer drug Sonidegib effects its ADME properties and biological activity.
